Steps to Support
Meet with your Doula
The Doula who is matched to you will be in touch to set up an initial meeting. After the meeting we will be in touch to set up the paperwork. Should it not be the perfect fit, you let us know and we will work with you to see if someone else is a better fit.

All of our doulas are trained doulas and actively working with an experienced mentor to help them along the way. They also are insured and have done IPAC training.

Your doula is available to support you from the moment of hire. She will meet with you in person, usually in your home, twice before the birth. When labour begins your doula is available to offer suggestions and then will join you when you are needing hands on support and stay with you about 1-2 hours postpartum. After birth your doula will do 1 postpartum visit within 2 weeks of birth.

The cost for our doula services is $995 +hst. A 50% retainer is due at contract signing and the remainder is due in the 35th week of pregnancy.
